Step 1: Welcome to our web site and select the vehicle of your choice by colour, model and the lot no.

Step 2: Once you have selected the vehicle by step no 1 we will forward your request to our auction count apart in Japan and reserve your vehicle immediately. Following this we will then advice you all details of the vehicle like chasse no etc.

Step 3: Will be the opening of the Letter of Credits (LC) either with our services directly under your name or the LC to be opened under our name on your behalf.

Step 4: Final delivery of shipment and clearing of the vehicle. We at Eagle will inspect each and every vehicle for any flows or damages while during shipment and will attend to it before delivering the vehicle at its best to our customers.

Step 5: Eagle Japan (Pvt) Ltd then takes the pleasure to register the vehicle under your name and have the vehicle ready at our yard for collecting by you. The customer will have to secure the road revenue license from RMV and the insurance for the vehicle.

Please note a certificate of clearance of quality will have to be provided by us to Sri Lanka Port Authority at the time of clearing the vehicle in order to ensure the quality.
