Kenya Safari
Kenya is regarded by many as the 'jewel of East Africa', and has some of the continent's finest beaches, most magnificent wildlife and scenery, and an incredibly sophisticated tourism infrastructure. It is a startlingly beautiful land, from the coral reefs and white sand beaches of the coast to the summit of Mount Kenya, crowned with clouds and bejewelled by strange giant alpine plants.
Day 1 - ARRIVE JKI AIRPORT – NAIROBI HOTEL
Met on arrival at JKI Airport in Nairobi where you will be met by our local representative with flower garlands in the typical traditional African way. You will then be transferred to the HILTON HOTEL www.hilton.com in Nairobi city for over night stay
Day 2 - NAIROBI– MASAI MARA
Buffet breakfast at the Hotel
0730 hrs;Morning drive to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, Kenya's finest and best known game reserve. This journey takes you through the Great Rift Valley View Point where you will have a stop over for a photographic session. Descend to the floor of the Rift Valley and continue driving towards the Maasai Mara
1300 hrs; Lunch at Mara Sopa Lodge
1600 hrs; Afternoon game viewing drive.
The greatest attraction in the Mara is watching the animals in their natural element; a lion's roar, a cheetah making a kill, and the big elephant herds are all very fascinating events.
This is the traditional land of the Maasai people, nomadic herders who choose a traditional lifestyle and who are permitted to graze their cattle in the area. A proud and largely aloof tribe who have held on to their customs and traditions for hundreds of years.The park's habitats include the forests along the banks of the Mara and Talek Rivers, acacia forests and open savannah .

Day 3 - IN MASAI MARA
0600 hrs you will be woken up this morning to a lovely African sunrise and at the lobby coffee, tea and cookies will be ready for you 0630 hrs: Drive off to another adventurous safari drive in search of wild animals. The early mornings and evenings are the best times to watch the big cats hunt - the lion, the cheetah and the leopard. At these times the most glorious sunrises and sunsets are observed. 0830 hrs: Return to the lodge for a full buffet breakfast. Morning at leisure 1230 hrs :Lunch will be served in the restaurant after which the guests will have time to rest before the evening safari 1600hrs :Afternoon game viewing drive in search of more wildlife including the "big five" The big five are the lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and the buffalo. 1830 hrs: after the game drive you will be driven back to the lodge for dinner and overnight Overnight: Mara Sopa lodge Meals: FB –Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 4 - MASAI MARA – LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK
0700hrs; Buffet breakfast at the lodge 0800hrs; Morning drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru is one of the alkaline Rift Valley lakes and a fantastic bird sanctuary, its shores populated at times by more than one million flamingoes. The famous ornithologist Roger Tory Peterson defined it as "the greatest bird spectacle on earth". The fortunate sentence has now become a cliché and is used up to fed-up-ism for promotional purposes This is the second most accessible park, since Nakuru is the fourth city in the country and the head town of the Rift Valley 1300hrs; Lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge 1530hrs; Afternoon game viewing drive in the park. This is Kenya's first rhino sanctuary. The Rothschild giraffes have also been rehabilitated here at a time that they were endangered.
